Nicole was very helpful with every part of the process beginning from planning to execution. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. She made you feel very comfortable coming to her with any questions that I had and also allowed us to have some time to prepare for the event, which was the icing on the cake. She went through all the details, and by the Date of the event, everything was in line. The servers that were provided to us were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They knew their stuff! The bartender was also very knowledgeable, calm and friendly, she made people feel welcome. The security was also professional as well, and with it all, our event was a success. The venue is also so beautiful and the packages made everything so much easier.
Nicole went above & beyond to make sure my experience at Atlantis Hall would be a memorable one. She was on point from the beginning to the end. I can't leave out the staff the bartender Shandise is amazing. She was kind, courtesy and knowledgeable. My guest felt welcome. The security Israel made everything went smoothly. I booked with them for an event that I have next year. I'm going to write another review after the event happens, but I can already say that planning for it has been and ease with the lady who helped me at this place. I caught it at a very good price compared to many other places out there that charge an arm and a leg.
Had my wedding here. It was perfect! Ceremony in the backyard and reception inside. So people don't need to travel to and fro. Only thing is that parking isn't good, but my wedding was so great!!
The space is nice and clean. I gave less stars because they crammed too many people into the space and the air wasn't turned on until folks were ready to pass out.
